We do have an open-door catering policy.

The price includes tables and chairs for up to 100 guests, garbage collection, and full use of the outdoor meadows, outdoor covered pavilion and entire indoor barn. The price also includes a one-hour wedding rehearsal. We also have several wine barrels and other tables available for use if so desired.

Upon contract signing, a 25% non-fundable deposit will be collected. A $300 refundable damage deposit is also required 90 days prior to wedding.

Event insurance with host liquor liability is required. Most people utilize their current insurance provider and costs are generally around $75-$100.

Depending on the size of the party, we have one restroom available. Larger parties may require the rental of facilities.

Yes, but all amplified music must end no later than 9pm.

Yes, please email us directly with your preferences and requests.

Yes, we are happy to welcome you for a rehearsal or rehearsal dinner, depending on the timeframe. The cost per hour is $150.00.

You are able to bring in your own alcohol or it can be coordinated by your selected caterer. A banquet permit from the Washington State Department of Liquor Control is required as well as a licensed bartender.

The event must end at 10pm, which includes clean-up and guests leaving.

Smoking is not permitted. Due to being surrounded by beautiful pasture, we take extra care to provide a safe space, especially during the hot, dry months.
